NPD: CDMA iPhone boosts Apple's U.S. smartphone share

Strong iPhone 4 sales on Verizon's network push Apple into third place behind Samsung and LG in U.S. smartphone sales. Data from the NPD Group has also found smartphone sales topping other handsets for the first time.
